We'll try to arrange the fastest possible delivery. We'll do our best to get your cargo out today, but we'll always be honest if timelines aren't realistic.
Express delivery is a job where time is everything. But if I tell you we can always find a truck in an hour – I'd be lying. There are real market constraints: route congestion, carrier availability, seasonality, even time of day. I can't promise the impossible, but I can do something else: quickly analyse the situation.
When you call with an urgent request, I check available vehicles on your route, contact trusted carriers, and estimate real lead times. If we can ship today – I'll find it and lock the price. If not – I'll say so honestly and suggest plan B: tomorrow morning, evening, or the day after, if that's the best balance of time and budget.
But I can save you the trouble of finding a solution yourself. One call – and I'll check all options, offer the best one, and explain why it's the best. That's my responsibility.
